Gene Keys & Human Design
Gene Keys and Human Design are revolutionary tools. Combining astrology, the I Ching and a deep understanding of the chakras, few things have such a powerful ability to positively impact a human being’s existence. There is virtually no area of life that cannot be better understood, clarified and improved thanks to them.
I invite you to fill out a questionnaire that will allow you to take stock. Working with your Keys and your Design will then be an even greater source of healing and elevation.
We use a birth chart: the place, date and ideally the time of birth are necessary to obtain the profile.
The key word is self-acceptance. It is through this acceptance that we can learn to love ourselves, others and our planet more and more.
I convey this knowledge with a great deal of humour because it is essential to gain freedom through it and not to lock ourselves into boxes. These profiling systems can be described as sacred because they give us the keys to our inner Eden. It is up to us to dare open its door little by little.
It is important to note that Gene Keys and Human Design are above all pragmatic, practical. The applications are immediate and the results follow without delay. We invite spirit into matter, into the physical, into our flesh and bones.
Above all, they are here to help us reveal the wisdom that lies dormant within us in order to create more harmony on Earth. Once this wisdom is awakened, the rest follows naturally.
My approach is to provide the basics of both systems in the space of three sessions so that you can then fly on your own wings.
It is also possible to work on harmony within a couple, within the family, in the education of children, or to receive support over a longer period of time in order to deepen your understanding or heal more persistent ailments.

Spiritual practices
For 10 years, I have been searching for the highest possible level of well-being and spiritual elevation.
The elements I have brought together work wonderfully in synergy.
Every day, I feel such inner peace, joy, relaxation, letting go, love and balance that I have no choice but to share their sources.
Apart from Human Design and Genetic Keys, I am also a yogi, a Qigong practitioner and a dedicated Vipassana meditator.
I call the practice I teach Maha Raja Yoga because it allows one to regain personal sovereignty (raja = royal) and because it brings together almost all the elements of traditional Indian Yoga (maha = great). The word Yoga means Union. Through practice, we gradually remember that we are one with the rest of creation (and all that this implies).
It is with immense respect that I honour the sources of Yoga, ‘Yuj’ for purists.
In this way, it is possible to discover and perfect together the postures, breathing techniques, meditation, tantric work (energy centres and Kundalini), purification techniques, mantras, mudras, yogic philosophy, etc.
With experience, we realise that bridges between different traditions are beneficial: Qigong is integrated into my teaching through the work on meridians, organs, the Earth-Sky connection and the emphasis on Internal Alchemy.
Health
Without a conscious approach to one’s individual biological reality, no matter how much one practises and studies the Gene Keys and Human Design, the results will remain limited.
That is why we can also work on improving your health. My four pillars are nutrition, physical activity, sleep and sexuality.
Nutrition
The old adage ‘you are what you eat’ is a universal truth that must be deeply understood and integrated. To which we would add ‘you are what you drink’.
I am open to traditional medicine while respecting modern medicine. The impact of nutrition is underestimated in our modern societies.
‘Let your food be your medicine’ is another common-sense shortcut. But we need to take action.
Enjoying oneself while gradually changing the quality (and sometimes the quantity) of your diet.
Short fasts and gentle detoxification of the body may be recommended depending on the case.
Physical activity
Our bodies do not feed on food alone. Movement, exercise and physical stimulation of all kinds are essential for our bodies to function properly.
Nothing can replace a minimum amount of physical activity. The energy we spend comes back to us multiplied. All the body’s systems are positively affected.
Sweating is also a phenomenon that is too often underestimated, even forgotten in our modern societies. It is essential for the elimination of toxins.
We will therefore develop a tailor-made programme to help you get back into physical activity or refine what you are already doing.
Sleep
Taking stock of the quality of your sleep with a therapist is an essential first step. Dietary changes have a huge impact on sleep, as does physical activity.
Meditation is undoubtedly the healthiest and most powerful sleeping aid of all. Once your thoughts have calmed down and the emotions and events of the day have been digested, there is little left (apart from our unconscious) to disturb our rest.
This is why self-knowledge is another essential ally in improving sleep quality, as the intrusive thoughts that prevent us from falling asleep or wake us up during the night are directly linked to our psychology. The better we know ourselves, the better we sleep.
Sexuality
Sexual balance is one of the most important components of our well-being. Whether it is absent or expressed, we must be at peace with it in order to live healthily. First and foremost, we must ensure that we are not in denial in one way or another.
Whether you are single or in a relationship, there are a variety of practices that can help you rediscover the sacred essence of this facet of life. In ancient China and India, the philosophies of Taoist sexual alchemy and Tantrism developed. These two approaches are among the most valuable tools we can offer ourselves. Fulfilment, longevity, pleasure and the strengthening of love are just some of their many gifts.
The expression ‘making love’ thus regains its full meaning. And the more love there is in our private lives, the more it can radiate around us.
