Yoga & Health

About My Path

For the past ten years, I have been on a dedicated search for one thing: the highest possible quality of life — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What I’ve found along the way has surpassed anything I imagined. The practices I’ve gathered don’t just coexist — they sing together. And the life they have given me — one of genuine inner peace, joy, ease, love, and balance — is one I cannot keep to myself.

I am a yogi, a Qigong practitioner, a Vipassana meditator, and a student of Gene Keys and Human Design. Each tradition I work with has been lived, tested, and integrated — not collected. What I offer, I offer from the inside out.

Maha Raja Yoga

Reclaim your sovereignty. Remember your wholeness.

The practice I teach is called Maha Raja Yoga — a name that carries its meaning in every syllable.

  • Maha (Sanskrit): great — because this path draws from the full richness of traditional Indian Yoga
  • Raja (Sanskrit): royal — because true practice restores your sense of inner sovereignty
  • Yoga (from Yuj): union — the gradual, beautiful remembering that you are one with all of creation

I hold the sources of this lineage with deep respect and gratitude.

Together, we can explore and refine:

✦ Asana — the postures
✦ Pranayama — breathing techniques
✦ Meditation — sitting with what is
✦ Tantric work — energy centres and Kundalini
✦ Shatkarma — purification practices
✦ Mantras & Mudras
✦ Yogic philosophy — the map beneath the map

Woven throughout is the wisdom of Qigong: the meridian system, the organs as living intelligence, the Earth-Sky connection, and the transformative path of Internal Alchemy. These bridges between traditions are not contradictions — they are gifts.

Health: The Ground Beneath Everything

No matter how sincerely you practise yoga or explore your Gene Keys profile, the body is always the foundation. Without attending to your individual biological reality, the deepest transformation remains just out of reach.

This is why I also offer guidance on health — practical, personalised, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and common sense.

My work in this area rests on four pillars:

🌿 Nutrition

You are what you eat — and what you drink.

This old truth deserves to be taken seriously. The impact of food on our energy, mood, clarity, and longevity is vastly underestimated in modern life.

My approach is not about restriction — it’s about gradual, enjoyable transformation. We look honestly at what you’re nourishing yourself with and explore simple, sustainable ways to raise the quality of that nourishment. Where appropriate, I may suggest short fasts or gentle detox protocols to help the body reset and breathe.

I work with great respect for both traditional nutritional wisdom and the realities of modern life.

🔥 Movement

The energy you spend returns to you multiplied.

Our bodies are not designed for stillness. Movement is medicine — for every system, every organ, every mood. And sweating, so often forgotten in our sedentary modern lives, remains one of the body’s most effective tools for releasing what no longer serves it.

Together we’ll build a movement programme tailored to you — whether you’re starting from scratch or looking to deepen and refine an existing practice.

🌙 Sleep

Rest is not a luxury. It is where healing happens.

A thoughtful review of your sleep quality is often one of the most revealing conversations we can have. What we eat, how we move, and above all how well we know ourselves — all of it shows up in the night.

Meditation is, without question, the most powerful and natural sleep aid in existence. When the mind quiets, when the emotions of the day have been gently processed, the body knows how to rest. And the more at peace we are with who we are, the fewer unwanted visitors disturb us in the dark hours.

💫 Sexuality

Making love — in the fullest sense of those words.

Sexual wellbeing is one of the most quietly powerful dimensions of a human life — and one of the most neglected in serious wellness conversations. Whether it is expressed or unexpressed, our relationship to our own sexuality profoundly shapes our health, our relationships, and our sense of aliveness.

Drawing on the ancient traditions of Taoist sexual alchemy and Tantra, I offer a grounded, respectful space to explore this sacred dimension of life. These are not fringe practices — they are time-tested paths to fulfilment, vitality, deeper love, and genuine longevity.

The more love flows freely in our private lives, the more naturally it radiates outward — into our relationships, our communities, and the world.

An Integrated Path

What makes this work distinctive is not any single element — it is the living synthesis. Gene Keys, Human Design, Yoga, Qigong, nutrition, sleep, movement, meditation, sexuality: none of these exist in isolation in a human life, and none are treated in isolation here.

You are a whole person. This is a whole-person practice.
